JAB AERO
JAB Aero was created to fulfill the growing needs of companies and organizations are facing to source FAA approved replacement aircraft parts.  We assist companies with their immediate repairs and cabin refurbishments along with individual interior components such as ovens, coffee makers, galleys, seats and more. DBA JAB Aero is a FAA approved manufacturing facility and has been in business since 1999. We provide parts that are FAA PMA approved and are eligible for their installations on virtually every aircraft. We supply quality parts at a competitive price and we pride ourselves on being the fastest lead-time to market. We hold the majority of frequently used parts in stock and can provide the next day delivery. We have DER and a DAR on staff to allow the qualification of any other replacement part that you may need for your unique applications.
AK AERO
AK Aero is our team that provides product testing and engineering consulting for major interior aircraft refurbishments for both commercial and private aircraft. We have a Designated Engineering Representative (DER) for structures, mechanical systems, electrical systems, flammability and a Designated Airworthiness Representative (DAR) for manufacturing on our staff for a comprehensive review of all products. Our engineers have more than 30 years of experience with the design, testing, certification, and troubleshooting of aircraft cabin components.
BLUE FLAME LAB
With a growing need for FAA compliant flammability testing, we designed and built our own state of the art lab in Boca Raton, Florida. Blue Flame Lab is a market leader in aviation flammability testing and certification services. Managed by a certified and experienced FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER). Our full complement of testing services provides a comprehensive package of support capabilities from engineering services, flammability test plan generation and approvals, 9G and 16G seating tests (using customer supplied dress cover material), test article conformity inspections, physical flammability testing and the generation of test reports and certification documentation.
